Such valuable information. I wish I had known about diabetic foods a very long time ago. I had a sudden onset of cloudy blurred vision and thought
I needed new glasses. My eye exam revealed cataracts.
This video shows eating the right foods can help reduce your blood glucose levels. Sadly information for poor people who have diabetes is not readily available unless your aggressive in fighting with medi-cal to see a nutritionist. I thought all I had to do is not eat sweets and my levels would drop.
