I’m surprised you’ve left the skin on the chicken. Removing the skin would substantially reduce the saturated fat in the dish and as that’s the cause of insulin resistance it would be more diabetes friendly. The chicken flesh will also take on the marinade better without the skin on it.
Too much introduction and repetitions is boring. But anyway, i like the dishes with garlic. Thanks!

That is true, Mark. If you keep your serving to one or two drumsticks you should still only be eating just a little skin, and you can always feel free to simply remove it for a healthier option. As this dish is one to feed the kids, they will probably like it with the skin on, but if you are worried about too much fat the adults can remove it.
They should all be healthy recipes in general, and garlic alone has positive health benefits for heart and circulatory health.
