Cheese Cake for Diabetics

Ingredients For crust :
Nutroactive Almond flour -50 gm
( you can use Nutroactive Keto Atta as well)
Butter-30 gm


1. Add Almond flour and butter, mix well .
2. Press it into the cake tin and spread evenly in the pan.
3. Baked it for 10 min then set it in the fridge.

For the Cheese cream filling

Cream Cheese-100 gm
Full cream – 1/2 cup -100 gm
Diabexy Sugar -20 gm
Agar agar – 1 tbsp (microwave for 1 min)
Vania essence-2/3 drops


1. Place cream cheese and cream in a large bowl.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth and creamy.
2. Add Diabexy Sugar and stir until mix properly.
3. Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
4. Add melted agar agar and mix it until smooth and well combined.
5. Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared crust .
6. Cover it and refrigerate it for 5 hrs. or overnight.
7. Decorate it with your choice of berries/ fruits.
8. Cut the cake the way you want & enjoy.
