I’m a dialysis patient is there a substitute for the powered milk. I can not have milk
ok i found ya! my turn to hide!
Thanks for being here, Rob and happy new year!
Angelica, what a great question. Yes, have you considered non dairy creamer powders? Richs coffee rich creamer is a great alternative. Be certain to check with your doctors. I will be sure to add this question to our podcast with my co-host and nutritionist, Stacy Kosmen. Happy mew year.
I am 16 but I can’t have sugar due to pre dibates
Do you have a pre-made product with this recipe?
Select, I am not sure that I understand your question. If you’re asking if we make a premade product, not at this time. We are looking into offering custom products in the future. If you’re asking if there’s anything you can buy in the store yes there are a few but they typically use lower grade ingredients and don’t taste very good. Hope this helps let me know if you need us for anything and thanks for reaching out. You rock!
@Diabetic Savvy with Davis Knight Thanks for your expedient reply. I’ve made the recipe two times. It goes well in nonfat Greek Yogurt, blueberries, and stevia. as well as coffee.
You should try almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, cashew milk
Thank you for the recipe
Thanks for sharing. I don’t know if I’m diabetic, I was supposed to get tested but the doctor hasn’t ordered my test yet. Having a lot of sugar makes me feel like my heart is going to stop beating. When I don’t have sugar I feel shaking. I don’t know what is going on. I want to be able to drink hot chocolate without feeling that it is going to bother me.
Outstanding. And the best part, it was short and simple. Any longer then a led zeppelin song you lost me. Thanks for sharing the recipe and the links. Cheers
Just found your channel!!! I am enjoying all of your videos. Are you still filming them? Wish I found you earlier!
l just made some this afternoon, l used monk fruit sugar ground up, and about a tablespoon of cinnamon, and a couple tablespoon of exspresso powder, it was delish. And used oatmilk,
Not sure if you will ever read this but I’m trying to make this with Stevia how much Stevia should I use Mr.Davis ?
I used 2 packets but it’s still tart
I’m glad i find your channel. I’m pre diabetic and I had many trail and error trying to get a nice Hot Chocolate.
Now I just do this
1 cup of hot water
1/2 tsp of stevia or fake sugar
1 tsp of 100% cocoa
1/4 cup of Oatly or Almond milk.
