1: Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Sandwich
You will need 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 4 teaspoons of reduce fat creamy peanut butter and half a banana. Start by toasting the bread and then spread 2 teaspoons of peanut butter on each slice and top one slice with the sliced banana. Place the two slices on top of each other and cut in half. Enjoy
