Full Day Diabetic Meal Plan
Recipe 1: Fenugreek Seeds Water
1 teaspoon Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds
100 ml Water

Recipe 2: Bitter Gourd Juice
1 cup Bitter Gourd
1 cup Water
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Lime Juice

Recipe 3: Mixed Lentil Dosa
1/4 cup Moong Dal (Petite Yellow Lentils)
1/4 cup Tur Dal (Split Pigeon Peas)
1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal (De-Husked Black Gram)
1/4 cup Chana Dal (Yellow Split Beans)
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
2 cups Water
Salt, to taste

Recipe 4: Methi Patta Soup
1 teaspoon Oil
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
4 pods Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Tomato, finely chopped
1 cup Methi Leaves, washed & soaked
2 cups diluted Dal Water
Salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon Pepper Powder

Recipe 5: Sprouted Methi Pulao
1/2 cup Basmati Rice
1 tablespoon Butter
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cloves
1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Green Cardamom
8 Shallots, chopped
5 Garlic Pods, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Methi Seed Sprouts
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder
1 cup Water
Salt, to taste

Recipe 6: Chickpeas Salad
1 cup Chickpeas, boiled
1 small Cucumber, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 small Tomato, chopped
1 Green Chilli, chopped
Mint Leaves, few
Coriander Leaves, few
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
Pink Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice

Recipe 7: Oats Chapati With Paneer Veg Fry
Paneer Veg Fry
1/2 teaspoon Ghee
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Carrot
1/2 cup Cauliflower
Salt, to taste
200 grams Paneer
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

Oats Chapati
1-1/4 cup Oats
Pink Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Water
