There is a way to still enjoy that great tasting pizza as an diabetic.

Now make sure you talk to you health adviser if you are on a strict diet. Enjoy this pizza for dinner or a football game on Saturday.

For the base you will need 1/3 cup spelt flour, 1/3 cup of water and a cauliflower and some 1 tbs of sun dried tomato oil for your baking pan.

For the toppings you are going to need some 3 sun dried tomatoes ,1 mushrooms, vegan cheese, 1/3 of a bell pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1 plum tomatoes,2 basil leave, sun dried tomato oil, pepper flakes,  pinch of pink salt, black pepper and onion powder.

ones you have made the pizza, preheat oven to 450 Fahrenheit or 230 Celsius. Bake for 15 to 20 min. Enjoy
