Here we are to explore how to make tasty and healthy low glycemic load recipes especially for diabetics. You don't need to sacrifice taste if you have diabetes, you just need to explore options.
So here we are again with a Diabetic Treat. This festive season try these healthy and yummy low glycemic load Crispy Samosa for diabetic patients. Glycemic Load of 4 samosa will be around 7.
CRISPY SAMOSA RECIPE
For Aloo Masala
Take 20gm. onion
One pod garlic
Two dry red chilli
1/2 tsp zeera
Blend together
In a Kadhai, Take olive oil
Heat the oil in low flame
Add pinch of Panch Phoran
Add the masala paste
Add 10gm. green peas
Add a pinch of Haldi powder
Fry the masala to make it dry.
Add 20gm boiled potato.
Mix it properly with the masala.
Stuffing is ready
For Samosa Dough
Take 50gm. Diabexy atta
Add a pinch of Mineral salt
Add a pinch of kala zeera
Add 1 tbsp Ghee
Use warm water for kneading the dough.
Cover the dough for 5 min.
Roll it and cut it to half.
Pour the stuffing and make the samosa triangle.
Use ghee in the sides for easy binding of the sides.
Use a fork to strengthen the binds in the sides.
Fry them in Desi Ghee
You may also airfry them as well
Enjoy hot with home made Green chutney / Tomato chutney.
