Stay Balanced With This Easy 10-Minute Tuna Melt | Diabetes-Friendly Recipe | EatingWell
This variation of a classic sandwich uses mayonnaise, but not where you think! Mayo is brushed on the outside of the sandwich in place of butter to make the sandwich golden and crispy as it heats in a skillet. Plain Greek yogurt takes mayo's place in the salad—along with crunchy celery, roasted red bell peppers, and scallions—for a satisfying lunch with less saturated fat.

Stay Balanced With This Easy 10-Minute Tuna Melt | Diabetes-Friendly Recipe | EatingWell
Tried this today and it was delicious. Thanks _Eating Well_ !
I don’t really know how to thank you Dr odija on YouTube for making me to live like my fellow mates and for curing my baby from autism…. thank you so much may God always you and your work..
I was absolutely delighted with the immediate healing I got through Dr odija on YouTube. Keeping saving lives doctor..
Will be trying this too! I use a Vegan Mayo and though it’s very low in saturated fat, there’s still 9 grams of fat in it only 1 tblsp. So this variation will help lower that even more!
For anyone who tries this dish, which does look great, and who is wearing a CGI, I’d really like to know what your glucose hit doing it with ‘whole’ grain bread.
