With our Diabexy sugar and Til Flour, we could recreate this recipe with a glycemic load of only 0.72/Peda. It will keep your Glucose levels in check.


Til ka Pedda

Roasted Sesame seed -150 gm
Roasted peanuts -30 gm
Peanut butter (unsweetened)-3tbsp
Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Diabexy Sugar – 30gm.


1- Take a pan or Kadai and roast the sesame seed until splutter.
2- Let it cool down.
3- Put it into the mixer grinder and add Roasted peanuts and blend all together.
4- Give it a crumbly texture (not very fine).
5- Add the mixture into a big bowl and add Peanut butter, Cardamom powder & Diabexy Sugar.
6- Mix it thoroughly. It should be up to a holdable texture.
7- Grease your palm with ghee and roll it out to a small ball and make them a Peda shape by pressing it. add an almond to it.
8- You can make 15 Peda out of it.
